Oral Presentations

Presenter Guidelines

The duration of the oral presentations is 15 minutes, including 3 minutes for questions. There will be no parallel sessions, all oral presentations will be given in the Goethe-Saal.

On Monday 25.2. at 8:00 am, a technician will assist you to upload your talk.

  • First session talks (Monday morning): are to be uploaded before the session.
  • Monday talks: are to be uploaded during the first coffee break.
  • Talks Tue to Fri: are to be uploaded the day before the talk.

A laptop will be provided, equipped with standard software to support ppt and pdf (bring your presentation on an USB stick then). If your presentation needs keynote, please use your own laptop (HDMI and VGA possible). Adapters will be provided. If you want to use your own laptop, please make sure that you have checked the functionality of the presentation well in advance, especially when using media files or uncommon fonts.

The projector resolution is 1920x1080 (full HD), a 16:9 format is preferred (4:3 is also possible).

There will be wireless LAN and Eduroam for online software presentation.
